ToadFest is Rapidly Approaching

 ToadFest is an annual fall event put on by a group of friends in Midland. It's an opportunity to get together and celebrate the season. We are pleased to announce that this year's ToadFest will also be raising donations and all proceeds will be donated to the Rising Kites Organization (https://www.risingkites.org/)* which is a Michigan based organization that provides support and information for families that receive a Down's Syndrome diagnosis for their child. Come join us for some food, beer, live music, bonfire, and games. All food and beer will be provided, we just ask for a voluntary donation to help cover some of the costs. 

-Serious eats (served at 4pm) - Smoked pulled pork (smoked by Molasses), smoked chicken, smash burgers, vegetarian sausages, 
- Sides - cole slaw, mac-n-cheese, potato salad, macaroni salad, and more! 

- Late night eats - hotdogs and brats served at 9pm 

Beer & Cider on Tap! - Two hard ciders, Three Bridges ToadFest Beer

Other Adults Beverages - Wine, Hamms, Home Brew

NA Beverages - Sparkling water, soft drinks, water, hot cider, coffee 

Also beverages for the little people will be available - Capri suns, juice box, etc

Yard Games and shenanigans

1:00 pm - Party Begins 

2:00 pm - Live Music Local Artists

3:00pm - Live Music  Critter Ruwart 

4:00 pm - Food is Served  

5:30 pm - Live Music Clapton County Boys

9:00 pm - Late night snacks 

After Dark - Bonfire

There is plenty of room for camping and you are welcome to come in on Friday if that makes your trip easier. Camping will not include power unfortunately though. If you choose to stay in a hotel, the Fairfield (Fairfield Midland) is about two miles away from the house and is a great option. There are several other hotels in the area, just this is closest.  

There is a suggested donation of $30 per person this year, but as always this will remain optional. Cash or Venmo are preferred. Venmo ID will be posted at ToadFest. Similar to last year, all proceeds will be donated to the Rising Kites Organization and we encourage everyone to visit their site to learn more about their mission.
